1. Hygiene & Eligibility Criteria
Due to the personal and topical nature of cosmetics, we can only accept returns on items that are completely unused, unopened, and safely retained in their original, intact packaging with all protective tamper-evident seals fully unbroken.

Once a product's safety seal, shrink-wrap, box closure, lid label, or foil lining has been broken, peeled, opened, or manipulated, it cannot be accepted for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances due to public health and safety regulations.

2. 14-Day Change of Mind Window
You have the right to cancel or return your unopened order within 14 calendar days from the date your package was marked as delivered by the carrier.

3. Return Shipments & Cost
